Not all emails going to outlook
Hi there.
please can anyone help. recently on my computer, when i try to mail merge a word document to email, when the document shows goes through all of the pages, but when change to outlook, it only shows some of the emails. for example - I have an excel document with 15 email addresses, but when i try to mail merge, only 4 of emails will show in my outbox (they are not in the drafts or sent box) i have installed office 2016 - and it happens the same. |

In that case, there's probably something wrong with the data for the other email addresses.

Mot all emails going to outlook
Hi Paul
thanks for looking at my problem but the email addresses that done shown up on outlook are legitimate and work if I do individual emails. But my computer is linked to others and another machine will not turn on if my one is one(?) I am going to tourn the other machine off when I do another mail merge again, and perhaps that may be the reason. Thanks Trevor |
