line feed Word 2003 vs 97
Hi,
I've got a annoying problem. let me try to explain. In our app. we have a template and a datasheet. Through a merger certain query names are substituted with the output from the corresponding query name. These are letters to post by postal. now in the address section there is a field which is also partly substituded i.e. the concerning queryname = <M>LOC ADRR</M> in the template also others are used but for now not relevant. <M>company+contact name</M>¶ (\par between company and name) <M>LOC ADRR</M>¶ {FIELD with value IF <M>LOC ADRR</M> <> "" then linefeed (enter sign in code)} <M>STREETNAME</M><M>NUMBER</M>¶ <M>ZIPCODE</M><M>CITY</M>¶ oke so when <M>LOC ADRR</M> is not empty it will give a line feed. this works in 2003 but now we have a printserver that has 97 on it. and it prints the addres when the <M>LOC ADRR</M> is empty like company contactnameSTREETNAME NUMBER zipcode city does anybody has an idea how we can let it work in 2003 as well in 97?? Hope it is clear. Thank you for the help |
