number field coming over with missed digit
hi
I have done a mail merge and have a field that is an account number from 2 to 6 digits. I have it in excel as a number field no decimals. when I try to get it to come over to ms word its bringing everything but the last digit on the account #. so if I have 2 digits its only bringing the 1st digit, if I have 6 digits its bringing the first 5. can someone help me? thanks Sherri N |

That suggest your mergefield is in a table cell with right alignment and the right margin set outside the cell boundaries. Correcting the cell formatting should resolve the issue.
