I am doing a mail merge of a 2-page letter, where the graphics elements have been inserted behind the text and locked. The document is an awards notice for a university and contains many fields, some with variable amounts of text.
My issue came up when I did a preview and noticed that the name and amounts which should have come up name...amount... amount, came up vertically stacked... Most of the columns worked, but they have supplied a CSV file and I cannot see what is actually supposed to go where...so I have no way to check... How do I insure that a multiple line variable, will print out the numbers that correspond to it correctly? Did this make sense? |
