That's hardly surprising, since you have a «Next Record» field after every «Zip» field. You should not have it after the last one.

Duplex Merge Issue
Thank you so much sir. The second page is now working but first page where property address are being pulled from excel displayed same on each four parts of first page. Please check and guide me sir.
