Completed mail merge email query
Hello,
I have completed a mail merge to send letters to members of a big team inviting them to an event with each member having a different time to attend the event. However after i complete the mail merge and created all the letters with their different names and addresses and times, I would like to email each members individual letter to them, with each individual time, as well to hopefully ensure good attendance at the event. Is this possible without individually sending each letter as an email? Thanks |

See: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm
Alternatively, you may want to try one of the Many-to-One Mail Merge add-ins, from: Graham Mayor at http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm ; or Doug Robbins at http://bit.ly/1hduSCB
