dear all
peraa i have a document which has been mailmerged with some address fields from my list of receipients. but the point is that this document having some 150 receipients should be printed at elsewhere since i do not have a printer. can i send the mailmerged document per email and get it printed at a place where printer is available. or is it necessary to send the document and also the list of receipients so that the document can be mailmerged at that place. your suggestions please. m s narayanan |

You could merge to e-mail as an attachment using http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm in one to one mode, either as document or pdf format and let the recipient print his copy.

Your merged output document won't have any mergefields in it, so emailing it shouldn't be an issue - except, perhaps, for the size of the attachment.
