![]() I have Microsoft 2010 excel and word. I'm assuming to do this I need to mail merge? (Probably wrong) I'm looking to make 500 index cards, and I want them numbered. I'm using the Avery template for 3.5 index cards that puts 3 on a page. Is there an easy way to have them automatically number without me having to type 1..2..3..print.. delete...4..delete...5.delete..6..print all the way to 500 Etc. Thanks for the help! |

You could use http://www.gmayor.com/NumberLabels.htm to number your labels. Presumably Avery 5388. You can easily create your own template as described in the link.
As an alternative, or if you want to use mail merge - see http://www.gmayor.com/Numbered_labels.htm
