Hi all,
I'm am currently designing a page for work that uses a Mail Merge to pull different information onto one page. My question is, is it possible to amalgamate multiple lines if they have the same reference onto one page; I'm getting this; (page 1) Joe Bloggs / Order number 101 Item 6 / oranges (page 2) Joe Bloggs / Order number 101 Item 45 / apples (page 3) John Smith / Order number 102 Item 12 / Bananas Would like this; (page 1) Joe Bloggs / Order number 101 Item 6 / oranges Item 45 / apples (page 2) John Smith / Order number 102 Item 12 / Bananas Apologies if the answer is really simple and I'm just being an epic noob. I have tried to use the Rules function in multiple ways but it always creates the page multiple times, rather than amalgamating the information. |
