Hi
I've downloaded a form online in a word document format, but I can't mailmerge to it, I think it's in some strage format that prevents mailmerging. In fact it prevents me from doing pretty much anything except type in and print and save. Our company needs to mailmerge to these forms, we offer claims management services. All of the spaces to type text have grey boxes, and when you type in them the text stays surrounded by these grey boxes. Can anyone tell me what these grey boxes are, and how I can change the document so that I can mailmerge to it. The document can be downloaded at: http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.u...laint_form.doc Any help on this would be much appreciated. Charlie Pilgrim |
