Default Mail Merge help

Hello,

I am trying to do a mail merge. I created my label in Word and want to bring in my information from Excel. I have currency fields in my excel spreadsheet that read $00.00 but when I merge them to my labels they come out $00.0000. Is there anyway to merge them and keep the format I want? HELP!

Thanks in advance! Dawn

Yes, you can modify the filed the way that you want.

After insertint the fields in the wor document

You can modify by Press Alt+F9, it will display the field codes like
{MERGEFIELD “Currency”}

You can modify it by using "\#,##,###.00" and keep on adding the digits and decmals as you like as shown below.

{MERGEFIELD\#,##,###.000 “Currency”}

Try this out and let me know if you have any questions.
