Creating recipient list for mail-merge
Using mail-merge I can create and send individualised emails to addresses on a recipient list. To create the list I have to type in all the details manually. I have a windows folder containg a series of .txt files of details of people I would like to email. Is it possible to populate the mail-merge recipient list directly from these files? I'd be happy to write a simple program (eg in visual basic) to do the conversion if I knew the structure of the recipient list.
