Hello everyone,
I need your help. I'm not sure if Word uses ASSIGN like Wordperfect does. I am trying to merge a legal document that includes an address from 2 merge fields. The first field has the Street Address plus the Suite or Apartment number. The second field has the City, State and Zip. So it looks like this after the merge: 123 Street Address Suite 5678 Dallas, TX 75201 Because the address goes into the body of this document, I need the entire address to merge on the same line so it looks like this: 123 Street Address, Suite 5678, Dallas, TX 75201. How can I make this happen? First field = 123 Street Address Suite 5678 Second field = Dallas, TX 75201 Thanks in advance for your kind assistance. |
