Hi I use an accounting package which uses MS word to produce invoice, it has a merge field called GTOTAL which is the grand total of the invoice. What i wish to do is calculate a 20%deposit based on this merge field I.E asking the customer for a 20% deposit based on the quotation/invoiced?

Any help much appreciated.
