Default 2 names on address label

HI I'm trying for the first time to make a sheet of address labels by merging with excell.

I followed a video on how to mail merge with word /excell but I want to know how I can add and additional name to the label. There is no way for me to add and additional name from the drop down window INSERT MERGE FIELD
can I use f8 f9 or f10 for an additional name

Mr john smith
Ms Sarah Jones

If the two names are related, as appears to be the case, both names need to be in the same record of the data source. It is by far the simplest option to add another field to the Excel data source.

It is really only practical for a mailmerge to add a second name from a different record to the same label. Adding a second name to a label is only practical if the second name occurs in a field for the same record.

Thus, if your Excel data are laid out like:
Mr John Smith|Ms Sarah Jones|123 Maple St|Anytown|NJ|10365
where the | character indicates a different cell, merging both names to the same label is quite feasible, but not if the data are laid out like:
Mr John Smith|123 Maple St|Anytown|NJ|10365
Ms Sarah Jones|123 Maple St|Anytown|NJ|10365
