Mail Merge
Hi,
I am using the Mail Merge wizard to print the address lables. The source for the addresses is in MS Excel. The lablel product used is Avery 8460. It accomodate 3 x 10 (30) labels in a page. I will be printing all the 30 addresses in a single page. My requirement is to have a margin on each label of the sheet, so that it will be easy while cutting the sheet. Can you please help in this. Thanks. |

After your Excel is plugged into your labels, then highlight the page, go to Home tab> Paragraph group > click the small arrow in the lower right corner of this group, and set your left and right margins to what you want

Hi,
Thanks for the note! I am not able to get what you are trying to convey - "go to Home tab"... It would be good, if you can be specific or a screenshot would help. Thanks. |

I would simply work with the paragraph settings once I got my Mail Merge basic stuff working

Seems there is confusion.
I need to have small markings (like borders) on each label, as shown in the screenshot. http://www.mediafire.com/file/nwgywfdbjni/Screen.JPG |
