I'm trying to mail merge an email to students using excel data into word. I have their GPA in excel and want to put it into word for mail but their GPA is displayed in repeating decimals. How can I get rid of the repeating numbers/decimals and only have x.xx instead of x.xxxxxxxx See attachment for picture of repeating decimals |
