![]() I have an email with pictures that I'm doing a mailmerge on. When I copy and paste the entire thing into a new message, it comes out as 894Kb. When I use mailmerge it comes out as 3 MB. What is going on? How can I get around this? Thanks. |

The difference may be to do with the way some software that attaches copies of images to emails when working through the GUI actually attaches a comparatively low-resolution copy of the image, whereas a mailmerge inserts a full-resolution copy of the image.

Thanks. I don't think that's it. We reduced the resolution of the images already. Actually when we insert it through outlook it ends up at just over 100K.
Right now, I've saved it as Word 2003 format and it's down to 1MB. Something weird they're doing it seems. |
