Default Merge seems to be repeating data

Hey guys,

Ive been reading up on how to fix this problem but I just cant seem to sort it out myself *derp*
I need to merge a list of multiple people which varies every week into this format. This is the current format Im using, but when I try and merge the datain it just adds the first person on the list over and over, I can never get the other people listed into the mail merge.

What am I doing wrong?

Hope someone can please help me out, would really appreciate some help.

After all except the last of your «AmountOwing» fields, you need to insert a «NextRecord» field - from the 'Rules' dropdown. The «NextRecord» field could go in the adjacent cell, for example.

It does work. Are you Finishing the merge, or just doing a Preview? A preview won't show the finalised results.

I am finishing off the merge. Its not even including everyone on that list. Its just listing 1 person.

Works for me just fine with your data & document - after I fixed all your mis-named mergefields...

Do you mean what, apart from the fact you've done nothing like what I said in post #2:

Not only haven't you done that, but you've also merely copied/typed «NextRecord» before the mergefields for every Name, Phone # and Amount owing.

Presumably your mailmerge main document will now look something like the attached.
