Hi,
I am trying to create name badges from an excel file with over 100 names. When I go through the steps to create a mail merge, the first page is correct, however on the following pages the "next record" is moving along the cell instead of the document. To clarify, each name is present in each of the 6 boxes, but on sequencial pages. Each name is shown 6 times instead on once. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks! |

I got help in the office, it was just the view that was showing that way. When you send for printing then the file is correct.
