Need help making labels from Single Column Word file of addresses

Hello All - I have never done this before and tutorials I have found online are not helping at all.

I have a word file set up as such



Name
Address
Address2
City, State, zip

Name
Address
Address2
City, State, zip

Hard returns in between address info. Two hard returns in between contacts.

I would appreciate ANY help.
