I receive an excel document daily that I use mail merge for. Is there a way to have mail merge import all worksheets at once? Ideally it would create a new word document for each workbook to be saved separately. Is this possible? If so how do I make it work.

No. A mailmerge can only use a single data source (i.e. a single worksheet).
