Default MailMerge From Address = Distribution Group

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up a mail merge but want to amend the 'from' address from my own Exchange account to a distribution group i.e. support@....

The Support email address is a distribution list rather than a defined account.

Can it be done? Any/ all help would be welcomed!

Thanks
Elliott

To do this you would have to set the 'support@' address as your default while the mailmerge executes.

Thanks but the 'support@' is only a distribution group and not an account - therefore I cannot set as default

Nonetheless it should be possible to create a user account named 'support' and use that for the mailmerge.
