So I'm trying to use mail merge to put data into some certificates of appreciation. For whatever reason, whenever I merge the data the borders on my certificate disappear. I have pictures to demonstrate: http://imgur.com/6SeYPpx
My margins are at .4 all around (but I've also tried .5, same result). Any ideas? Thank you!!! |

Hi ttwhite,
To understand the cause, it would be helpful if you could attach a copy of your mailmerge main document to a post (delete anything sensitive). You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab. Images, such as those in your first post, are of limited utility.
