Default Name Badges help please

Hi,

I'm trying to make name badges uwing word 2010 and excel 2010. This is what I'm doing

opening word 2010
clicking mailings

then I chose LB135 3.5x2.25 name badge
then I choose select recipients
and then pick my existing file: badgestest

Then this box comes up:

Sheet1$
Sheet2$
Sheet3$

and then hit okay.

What i get on word is my file with <<Next Record>>
in each label

How do I get the actual names to appear?

Thanks,

Peaches

Having attached the data source, you then need to tell Word which mergefields to insert (via the Insert Mergefield button on the Mailings tab), in what order and where - on the first label only. When you have that label's layout right, click on 'Update labels', then run your merge.
