Name Badges help please
Hi,
I'm trying to make name badges uwing word 2010 and excel 2010. This is what I'm doing opening word 2010 clicking mailings then I chose LB135 3.5x2.25 name badge then I choose select recipients and then pick my existing file: badgestest Then this box comes up: Sheet1$ Sheet2$ Sheet3$ and then hit okay. What i get on word is my file with <<Next Record>> in each label How do I get the actual names to appear? Thanks, Peaches |

Having attached the data source, you then need to tell Word which mergefields to insert (via the Insert Mergefield button on the Mailings tab), in what order and where - on the first label only. When you have that label's layout right, click on 'Update labels', then run your merge.
