I'm trying to complete a mail merge in office 2010 and I need to output the greeting line in a fixed position on the page (the letter headline is pre-printed) rather than it moving about depending on the number of address lines in the data.
I've tried putting the greeting line into a single cell table but I'm not sure how to fix the position of the table relative to the page (the table just moves up & down depending upon the number of address lines - so I'm back to square 1 ![]() Is there an easy way to fix the output position of the greeting line to the page irrespective of the number of address lines above? Thanks |
