The SQL prompt you're describing is what one sees when opening a Word mailmerge main document. The error messages suggest the file named 'Tenant Database' has been moved, deleted or renamed. You could try locating the file via Windows Explorer. If found, you could either:
1. Move it back to 'C:\Users\Owner\Documents\My Data Sources\' (not a good idea if it's been moved for a valid reason); or
2. Modify the connection path in the Word document by pointing it to the file in its new location.
