Real simple but happens often: I am trying to print from an excel spreadsheet. I do all the steps as asked for uin the instructions, but when I print, it prints the first record by itself on one pahe of paper, then the second record on a second piece of paper by itself. Obviously, i want 20 different records on ione sheet of paper.

Hi muckrayk,
Evidently you're using a 'letter' merge. For your purposes, you need to use either a label merge or a directory/catalogue merge.
