I am the administrator of a small school. I need to make ID cards with the students' name, DoB, Grade, and picture. About a month ago, I had some spare time so I set everything up with a couple dummy pictures. It took quite some time, but I got it working. I saved it and left it alone. Now I have the pictures. One would assume all I need to change is the file name in my access database. I did that and everything's gone downhill from there! I've tried so many different things since then that I have no idea what I had done originally.

This is what I have so far: Hmm, I don't seem to be able to copy and paste it. There's a screenshot attached.
When I get to the part where I need to add the merge field (in the screenshot, it would be right after 'official') I try to use the "insert merge fields" button to get the chevrons, the entire thing disappears and is replaced with a filename that would put the same picture in every card. Or it disappears completely and looks blank. I know there's something there. I can't remember how to get it to show, and it certainly doesn't work!
