Default in 2013, cannot format 4 dec places in Word Document

Using an application with word and access. My access table has a field type of double with 4 decimal places. I see 4 decimal places in the underlying data.

I have not been able to format the merge field in the word document to show 4 decimal places. example Mergefield InterestRate\#0.0000

I am exporting a query into a txt file before doing the mail merge.
