That's a known limitation of trying to conditionally displayed numbered list paragraphs.

The only practical workaround is to manually number the paragraphs and have everything between '1.2' and 'Delivery time' contained within the IF test.

i have this exact problem. the "work around" is not a solution to my issue. has office fixed this limitation? thanks for your help.
