Hi heidiau,
You could do this with some field coding. First, insert a field coded as follows at the top of your document: {IF MERGESEQ = 1 {SET School " "}} Then, where your existing mergefield is, replace it with a field coded as follows: {IF{REF School}<> {MERGEFIELD School_Name} {MERGEFIELD School_Name} ""} Finally, insert a field coded as follows at the bottom of your document: {SET School {MERGEFIELD School_Name}} The above assumes your mailmerge field is named 'School_Name' - change it to match the actual field name. Note: The field brace pairs (ie '{ }') for the above example are created in the body of the document via Ctrl-F9 (Cmd-F9 on a Mac) - you can't simply type them or copy & paste them from this message.
