Default Date Value Format Error

I can't seem to get the date to format properly from excel. This is what I've entered:

{ MERGEFIELD M_10 \@ "dd/MM/yyyy" }

But it still views as the excel value "40623", not "21/03/2011"

Hi Tamarrissa,

Your problem description suggests you don't only have dates in the M_10 column. Mixing data types often leads to this kind of problem.
