Having trouble using Avery 4014 label to print multiple pages
 

I am using Word 3013 and an Access 2013 query for a mail merge. The Avery label 4014 is 1 7/16" X 4", with 8 on a sheet that is 4 3/4" by 12". It is even the Avery label 4014 template for Word, which I downloaded from their site. The printer is an Okidata Microline 520, a dot matrix printer with the latest driver. The page setup is layout--section start--continuous. The margins are set thus-- top and bottom: 0", left and right: 0.38"

As long as I print between one and eight labels, all is well. When I try to print more than the eight labels on the page, the printer skips one and a half labels and begins printing the next (9th) name and address part way the following label. I have to stop the printer at the 8th label, realign the carriage so the 9th-16th label with print correctly, and do this again and again to print the full list of labels.

What am I doing wrong? Is there some setting that is incorrect?

That suggests you need to either disable the printer's own page feed or change the bottom margin for the page (before merging)
