Hi,
I am trying to format a time in hh:mm into the sum in minute in mailmerge. For example for a duration of 1:30, I wnat the mergefield to return 90 minutes. Right now I format it as {MERGEFIELD "time" \@mm"} and it returns 30. Thanks for your help |

Hi ppochelon,
You'd need to use a formula field: {={MERGEFIELD time \@ hh}*60+{MERGEFIELD time \@ mm}\# 0} Note: The field brace pairs (ie '{ }') for the above example are created in the body of the document via Ctrl-F9 (Cmd-F9 on a Mac) - you can't simply type them or copy & paste them from this message.
