Dear All,

Request your help with the scenario.

I would need help in changing the header and footer in word document based upon the company selected in the excel (Cell-B9).Can you please assist with VBA code which will help achieve it.

Change the document to a merge document and make the worksheet merge compatible. Merge to a new document. See attached.

Hi Graham,

Need your expertise on more thing,whenever i convert the template from word to pdf the format changes(eg.lines in bold is change to light font when converted to pdf)

Please assist.

PDF attributes can appear to change when not viewed at 100% magnification. Are you sure this isn't the issue? Otherwise how are you creating the PDF?
You might find the PDF option in E-Mail Merge Add-in useful.
