Mail Merge only produces 15 fields fm 22
I have successfully completed Mail merge previously using the same source, 1 year ago. But I now only get 15 merge fields from an Excel file containing 22 entries. I follow the Wizard to complete the merge. The Excel file is laid out correctly with all 22 entries being selected (None Blanks). The 15 merged entries display correctly. When the lables are propagated only Page 1 appears with 15 entries. Any ideas?

The Page setup - Layout had Header & Footer measurements in. Set them to 0cm and all 22 labels appeared!
