We are trying to save a mail merge to a file that we can take to Staples Office Supplies to have them print 5,000 plus file folder labels. We have imported into the mail merge from an Excel file . We can scroll through all the pages of labels, but when we save to a file, there is only one page of labels. How can we save a complete mail merge file to a thumb drive for transport elsewhere? Staples says they need only a mail merge file, but we are only getting the first page in the file.
