Mail Merge Duplication of address on merge
I merged labels just yesterday but this time when merging the address data is duplicating and leaving gaps and spreading across a large number of pages on the document ie I expect 27 pages and it goes up to 387 - the same number of rows in the database, a clue?? thanks

Can you attach a copy of the mailmerge main document to a post? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.
