mail merge stops midway and then generates messages with no recipient or subject

After doing my merge I checked the sent items folder in outlook and only a quarter have a subject or recipient - does this mean the merge has not worked? I have tried it twice and dont want to keep doing it! has this happened to anyone else? Office 2011 for mac

Hi VivaceTS,

Do all the records appear? If not, that's quite possibly what the error message means, especially if the emails are not being delivered. In that case, there is probably a configuration error or hardware error on your Mac. A specialised Mac forum would be the place to make further enquiries about resolving such issues.
