Hi I am new to this site and need help with a bit of work I am doing for a course. I have been asked to set up a merge for addresses. This I have done but as soon as I press preview button I see huge gaps in my address line. Please see my attached image. Any help would be appreciated

That suggests you have the wrong line spacing and/or paragraph before/after spacing for your address lines.
