Duplicate Labels During Mail Merge

Help I am trying complete a mail merge using Word 2007. What is happening is that I import the list from Excel and follow all the steps, except when it comes time to preview I am finding that the first page is correct, the second page has all the same labels except the first name listed and then adds a new name at the end and continues to do this same thing page after page which means I have loads of duplicate labels!!

Hi Melanie,

The preview isn't a reliable guide to the output. At best, it indicates the general appearance. Execute the merge to a new document and check that.

Thank you so much!! I was able to use the wizard and click on edit individual labels and it opened a new document showing the labels correctly!!
