I am checking out Word And I keep seeing "mail merge" but do you have the option of just creating a database file in Word and then merging it into a form document? This is what I do in WordPerfect. The database file is xxx.dat, the relevant form is yyy.frm, I merge them and voila, my completed document.
Thanks |

A mailmerge in Word can use as a data source most databases, speadsheets, Word tables and even text files. It all depends on having an appropriate data structure.
