time field issue in mail merge

Hi

I would like to tell me step by step if you like how to do it. Where do i create a directory/catalogue, where is find/replace? Is it in word, access or windows? I am from Greece so my english is good but not very good. As i told you in my laptop works fine. In my office PC is the problem. I hope i do not have to do again the database from the beginning, because it took me 3 week to finish it.
