Good Morning,
I have a directory mail merge that has several pages that partain to one user and then it switched to a new user. Everytime the user switches I would like the page number to go back to one and the total page count to also reset. Is this possible? |

Hi dkalsow,
What process are you using for the mailmerge - field coding as per my tutorial or the Many-to-One addin Charles referred you to?

That doesn't really answer my question, which was about the process. Assuming you're using the field coding from my tutorial:
• press Alt-F9 to expose the field code. • replace the field coded as {QUOTE 12} with a 'Next Page' Section break. • go to the new last page of the document and access the header/footer area. • unlink the header/footer containing the page # from the header/footer for the previous Section. • format the page numbering for the Section to start from 1.
