If anyone can help me would be great.

I have read the catalogue and didnt really grasp the idea on how it works specifically for my case.

I have a problem where i dont know how to connect a unique userid with multiple lets say invoices it has on one form. it continues to generate them separetly the list of the invoices is as follows: invoice numb, date and amount. - all given the unique id.

Can please anyone help me on how to resolve this issue.

Best,
gigovv

To see how to use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility for this (the terminology depends on the Word version), with any mailmerge data source supported by Word, check out my Microsoft Word Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial, in the 'Sticky' thread at the top of this forum:
Microsoft Word Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial
The tutorial covers everything from list creation to the insertion & calculation of values in multi-record tables in letters. Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it.

For a recent, worked example, see the attachment to post #13 at: https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...nt-dollar.html

Alternatively, you may want to try a Many-to-One Mail Merge add-in from either:
• Graham Mayor at: Merge Many To One
• Doug Robbins' Windows Live SkyDrive page at: Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.
