Question mdb/accdb, missing tables & queries

Mailmerge from Access 2010 database (name: first pzv.mdb, from 2007 pzv.accdb), started from VBA-form module using a docx, has been working for more than 10 years. Now problems: asks for pzv.mdb but then gives a selection with missing tables and queries.
When starting from Word select recipient/existing list, I can select pzv.accdb but then I get also the same selection with missing tables&queries; it is impossible to add tables or queries.

When starting from pzv.accdb with Export/Word Merge with selection of the docx, I get an ODBC Ms Access Driver failure: could not find the PZV.mdb. After OK, ik can login topzv.accdb and then add all tables/queries and select query I wanted, but then the system started looping being unable to open the datasource.
Is there a way out of this mess?

Hi Peter,

The first thing to do would be a repair installation of MS Office. You do that via 'Programs & Features' in the Windows Control Panel. If that doesn't fix things, try re-loading the db from a known good backup, and see if that resolves the problem.
