Sorry for the newbie confusion. You are correct, one toolbar with Doug Robbins and the other. I deleted his off completely and have Doug's on. When I click on Doug's "start merge" it gives me this:


"The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings."

So I followed the "show help" instructions of enabling all macros and it still did nothing.

I then opened a brand new document to play it safe and it still gives same error message.
