Merge documents
Hi
I have one problem if someone can help me please i need to merge two documents, the one is a statement, and the other is a list of names, i need to put each name, (of the second document) in a gap in the statemen document, how can i do that quickly? There are 100 names, and it need to be 100 statements separately. Thank You |

If your names list is in a table format, with one name (and any other relevant data) per row, an ordinary mailmerge should suffice. Each piece of information (eg street address, suburb, postcode, state, amount) should be on the same row as the name, but in different columns. And, of course, each column should have a simple heading - which is what the mailmerge will look use to assign the data for each record.
